EILEEN LIS Peacefully on Sunday, March 20, 2005 Eileen passed away with her family and friends at her side. Eileen will be lovingly remembered by her children, Tracy and Greg (Nicky); grandchildren, Breanne and Mackenzie. Eileen was predeceased by her husband Joseph in 1996, her father John in 1978 and her mother Pearl in 1990 as well as her infant brother. Eileen worked at Christie Biscuits prior to being married in 1954. Eileen was a stay at home mother. Eileen was a strong-willed woman, some may say stubborn who overcame many major illnesses. Eileen enjoyed the adult day program at Park Manor. There she made many friends and enjoyed teasing and laughing with all. She enjoyed spending time with family and friends and loved to eat. She will be sadly missed by family and many friends. A memorial service will be held on Tuesday, March 29 at 2:00 p.m. in the chapel of Glen Eden Funeral Home with interment and reception to follow. In lieu of flowers, donations in Eileen's memory may be made to Fire Fighter's Burn Fund and The Manitoba Lung Association. Thanks to Dr. Anna Ziomek, Dr. Dennis Caners, with special thanks to Dr. Carey Isaac for his special care as well as all the staff at Concordia Hospital.
